Core Experience definition

Core Experience means experiences designated by the Company, where the Company will provide defined supplies to the guests at their event through the Event Owner. The upfront cost of these supplies will be paid for by the Company, and a defined amount will be withheld from the customer’s ticket purchase to pay for the Core Experience supplies. The Event Owner share will be applied to the amount after the supply cost has been recouped.

  • Company will track the number of supplies Event Owner needs to receive in relation to the Tickets sold to Event Owner Core Experience Events.

  • The Company meets the requirements for use of Form S-3 under the Securities Act, and such registration statement, as amended at the date hereof, meets the requirements set forth in Rule 415(a)(1)(x) under the Securities Act and complies in all other material respects with the Securities Act and the rules and regulations thereunder (“the Regulations”).

  • Event Owner is responsible for its own expenses under this Agreement, other than Core Experience supplies, which shall be governed by Section 4.5 herein.

Related to Core Experience

  • Clinical experience means providing direct services to individuals with mental illness or the provision of direct geriatric services or special education services. Experience may include supervised internships, practicums, and field experience.

  • Work experience means an activity in the unpaid employment component in which the participant works without pay at a job site to develop good work habits and basic vocational skills that enhance the likelihood the participant will become employed. "Work experience" is available through private for-profit businesses, nonprofit organizations, or public agencies.¶

  • Professional experience means the actual and lawful pursuit of the profession concerned;

  • Teaching Experience means experience in which the licensed teacher is actually instructing pupils in a classroom set- ting on a continuous basis.

  • Experience means “earned premiums” and “incurred claims” during the experience period.
