Core Edition definition

Core Edition means the Software that is designated as Core Edition software in an Order and that You have received from Actian with this Agreement, including all applicable Updates.

  • At the end of 28 days you can decide whether to (a) obtain a paid up licence for SQL Prompt Pro, or (b) move to a perpetual licence of SQL Prompt Core Edition, or (c) request a trial extension.

  • At the end of 28 days you can decide whether to (a) obtain a paid licence for SQL Change Automation*, or (b) move to a perpetual licence of SQL Change Automation Core Edition, or (c) request a trial extension.

  • Conditioned on Your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, if You have properly purchased a license to the Core Edition software, Actian grants to You a nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable and revocable right to (i) use and reproduce the Core Edition Software on one or more Devices solely for the purpose of accessing and using the Core Edition Software; and (ii) use the Documentation in connection with Your use of the Core Edition Software.

  • In relation to the Free Edition Software, Core Edition Software, Preview Software and Freeware, our sole liability under this Agreement, subject to clause 9.1, shall be as set out in clause 13.2 as amended by clause 5.8.

  • We specify limitations on free use of some of our Core Edition Software in the relevant Software information on the relevant product page for the Licensed Software on our website and in paragraph 7 as an alternative to an unrestricted Licence Fee version.

Related to Core Edition

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • System Impact Study means an assessment by the Transmission Provider of (i) the adequacy of the Transmission System to accommodate a Completed Application, an Interconnection Request or an Upgrade Request, (ii) whether any additional costs may be incurred in order to provide such transmission service or to accommodate an Interconnection Request, and (iii) with respect to an Interconnection Request, an estimated date that an Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility can be interconnected with the Transmission System and an estimate of the Interconnection Customer’s cost responsibility for the interconnection; and (iv) with respect to an Upgrade Request, the estimated cost of the requested system upgrades or expansion, or of the cost of the system upgrades or expansion, necessary to provide the requested incremental rights. “System Protection Facilities” shall refer to the equipment required to protect (i) the Transmission System, other delivery systems and/or other generating systems connected to the Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbance occurring at or on the Customer Facility, and (ii) the Customer Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbance occurring on the Transmission System or on other delivery systems and/or other generating systems to which the Transmission System is directly or indirectly connected. System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility.

  • Maintenance Service means the telephone system maintenance services supplied by us pursuant to the Telephony System and Maintenance Service Specific Terms and as described on the relevant Order Form;

  • Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;
