Core Division definition

Core Division means each of the following branches of WESCO (including WESCO) or Wesco Equity Corporation, as applicable, each of which use the ENDURA System: (a) EESCO-ACE, (b) Diversified Electric, (c) ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇, (d) IES-Atlanta, (e) Murco, (f) Power Supply, (g) Standard Electric and (h) Statewide Electric; excluding, however, the following branches: (a) Hicksville, (b) Parsippany, (c) Rochester, (d) Pittsburgh, (e) Las Vegas, (f) Fife, (g) M&M Power and (h) New York, Construction Division branches.

Core Division means all packaging business conducted by the Combined Business that is not part of the Specialty Division.
