Core Development definition

Core Development means the development of features and functionality for the Atlys(R) System, which is not designated as Custom Development.
Core Development means: (i) all Preclinical Development, Clinical Development, and regulatory affairs activities, regardless of where they are performed, which are part of the Core Development Plan for the Product for the Field and which the Steering Committee believes are reasonably necessary to obtain or maintain NDA Approval in the US for the Product for the Core Indications, and shall include, without limitation, any post-Approval studies required by a Governmental Authority with respect to such NDA Approval; and (ii) all ISS Activities to be performed in the US and which the Steering Committee believes are reasonably necessary or desirable for the Development of the Product in the Field in the US.
Core Development means Convergys' development of features and functionality for Atlys that will be made available to Convergys' general customer base and that are not made pursuant to an Enhancement Request.

Examples of Core Development in a sentence

  • The Core Development Plan will be updated by VERTEX annually thereafter to describe the Core Development Activities that VERTEX then intends will be conducted during the subsequent year and the remainder of the development period.

  • The JDC shall have the right to review and comment on the Core Development Plan within [***] days of its receipt.

  • Such Core Development Plan will be provided to the JDC within [***] days of the date that the JDC will conduct one of its quarterly or semi-annual meetings.

  • The books and records of VERTEX or a VERTEX Licensee relating to Core Development Costs will be subject to inspection by MITSUBISHI once in any calendar year upon reasonable notice, for the purpose of verifying the accuracy of the summary of Core Development Costs delivered hereunder.

  • The initial Core Development Plan has been mutually agreed in writing by the Parties as of the date of signing this Agreement, and shall be the operative Core Development Plan until amended with the approval of the JSC.

  • In addition, UGNX will update the JDC or KHK as reasonably requested with respect to the UGNX Core Development Activities.

  • The foregoing cost sharing provisions shall also apply if PRAECIS enters into an agreement with a Third Party under which such Third Party shall undertake PRAECIS' development activities pursuant to the Core Development Plan, unless PRAECIS and Synthelabo shall agree otherwise.

  • Major development means an individual “development,” as well as multiple developments that individually or collectively result in:

  • sustainable development means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

  • Existing development means development, other than that associated with agricultural or forest management activities, that meets one of the following criteria:

  • the Development means the residential development for –

  • Mixed use development means a building, combination of buildings, or building complex, designed to functionally and physically integrate non-residential uses such as retail, commercial, institutional, recreational, or community uses with residential uses, in a complementary manner.
