Core Development definition

Core Development means the development of features and functionality for the Atlys(R) System, which is not designated as Custom Development.
Core Development means: (i) all Preclinical Development, Clinical Development, and regulatory affairs activities, regardless of where they are performed, which are part of the Core Development Plan for the Product for the Field and which the Steering Committee believes are reasonably necessary to obtain or maintain NDA Approval in the US for the Product for the Core Indications, and shall include, without limitation, any post-Approval studies required by a Governmental Authority with respect to such NDA Approval; and (ii) all ISS Activities to be performed in the US and which the Steering Committee believes are reasonably necessary or desirable for the Development of the Product in the Field in the US.
Core Development means Convergys' development of features and functionality for Atlys that will be made available to Convergys' general customer base and that are not made pursuant to an Enhancement Request.

  • Major development means an individual “development,” as well as multiple developments that individually or collectively result in:

The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, multi-apartment buildings, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Employee Developments means any idea, discovery, invention, design, method, technique, improvement, enhancement, development, computer program, machine, algorithm or other work or authorship that (i) relates to the business or operations of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, or (ii) results from or is suggested by any undertaking assigned to the Employee or work performed by the Employee for or on behalf of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, whether created alone or with others, during or after working hours. The Employee shall, both during and after the Term, upon the Company’s request, promptly execute and deliver to the Company all such assignments, certificates and instruments, and shall promptly perform such other acts, as the Company may from time to time in its discretion deem necessary or desirable to evidence, establish, maintain, perfect, enforce or defend the Company’s rights in Confidential Information and Employee Developments.

  • Research and development means (1) theoretical analysis, exploration, or experimentation; or (2) the extension of investigative findings and theories of a scientific or technical nature into practical application for experimental and demonstration purposes, including the experimental production and testing of models, devices, equipment, materials, and processes. Research and development does not include the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.

  • Economic development project means land and existing or planned improvements suitable for use by an industrial or commercial enterprise, or housing development, or the protection of the environment, including, but not limited to, groundwater or surface water. Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.

  • Cluster development means a contiguous cluster or

  • Low Impact Development or “LID” means a site design strategy that maintains, mimics or replicates pre- development hydrology through the use of numerous site design principles and small-scale treatment practices distributed throughout a site to manage runoff volume and water quality at the source.

  • Planned unit development means a subdivision characterized by a unified site design, clustered residential units and/or commercial units, and areas of common open space.

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;
