Core Company definition

Core Company means each of LSP Arlington Valley, LSP Xxxx Landing, Casco Bay, Xxxxxxxx Energy, Bridgeport Energy, LSP Bridgeport, LSP Mohave and, in the event that the Borrower directly or indirectly acquires the Ontelaunee Project, Ontelaunee.
Core Company and “Core Companies” have the meanings given to those terms in clause 14.2.19(c) of the Deed of Proceeds and Priorities;
Core Company each of Agritope, Vinifera, and Agrimax Floral Products, Inc., a Minnesota corporation.

Core Company means McMoRan Oil & Gas Co. and its affiliates, Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. and its affiliates and FM Services Company and its affiliates.
Core Company means any one or more of the following companies: Numerex Corp. (a Pennsylvania corporation), Numerex Solutions, LLC (a Delaware limited liability company), Cellemetry LLC (a Delaware limited liability company), Numerex Investment Corp. (a Delaware corporation), Mobileguardian LLC (a Delaware limited liability company) and Uplink Security, Inc. (a Georgia corporation); and (2) "Non-Core Company" shall mean any one or more of the following companies: Digilog Inc. (a Pennsylvania corporation), DCX Systems Inc. (a Pennsylvania corporation), DCX Systems Australia PTY Limited (an Australian company), Broadband Networks Inc. (a Delaware corporation) and BNI Solutions LLC (a Delaware limited liability company). You hereby acknowledge that you will not unreasonably withhold your consent to any non-bankruptcy internal corporate reorganization or restructuring of the Company and/or any of its subsidiaries.

You hereby acknowledge that you will not unreasonably withhold your consent to any non-bankruptcy internal corporate reorganization or restructuring (a) by and among Core Company on the one hand and another Core Company on the other hand and (b) by and among a Non-Core Company on the one hand and another Non-Core Company on the other hand.
