Core Action definition

Core Action means an Action against any alleged infringement of the Core Patent Rights identified pursuant to Section 7.2, whether inside or outside the Licensed Field of Use.

Examples of Core Action in a sentence

  • Submit resumes for any new member of the CLCS Board of Directors or NCLC Core Action Team that was not included in the Approved Charter.

  • Submit the names and contact information of the CLCS Board of Directors and NCLC Core Action Team members, and Board meeting dates, times, and locations.

  • Submit any changes to the CLCS Board of Directors or NCLC Core Action Team, and/or governance documents.

  • The Central West LHIN will work with local Health Service Providers at the Diversity and Health Equity Core Action Group to identify specific local strategies to engage the diverse communities in the LHIN and to promote equitable access to health care services.

  • Angiotech shall have the sole right, but not the obligation, to commence and control any Core Action, at its own expense.

Related to Core Action

  • Adverse action means a home or remote state action.

  • Tort action means a civil action for damages for injury, death, or loss to person or property other than a civil action for damages for a breach of contract or another agreement between persons or government entities.

  • Tax Action has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 of the Declaration.

  • Response Action means the investigation, cleanup, removal, remediation, containment, control, abatement, monitoring of or any other response action to the presence of Regulated Substances or Contamination in, on, at, under or emanating from the Stadium Site, including the correction or abatement of any violation required pursuant to Environmental Laws or by a Governmental Authority.

  • Action shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(j).
