CORA Exempt Materials definition
CORA Exempt Materials means any trade secrets, privileged information and confidential commercial, financial, geological or geophysical data exempt from public disclosure under C.R.S. §§ 24-72-204(3)(a)(IV).
CORA Exempt Materials means documents or sections of documents which are exempt from disclosure under CORA and/or under the common law, as determined by the HPTE Director and legal counsel.
