COQ definition

COQ means a certificate issued by manufacturing refinery in respect of the quality and specifications of the Product supplied under this Agreement. In this Agreement:
COQ means Certificate of Quality or Quality Certificate, a formal document recording the CONTRACTOR’s laboratory determination of quality of a particular sample which represents a specific delivery, said laboratory determinations having been performed in accordance with the test methods specified in Schedule A.

  • Once he has acquired his 309A COQ or 446 Certificate, he will then be paid at the full rate of pay of the classification as set out above.
