Copy Product definition
Copy Product means a product which is substantially a reproduction of the visual concept or design of one of the Products and which passes itself off as such Product, or a product which would otherwise infringe or involve use of Prestige’s Intellectual Property;

The obligations and duties listed in the Sections titled "Warranty", "Patent Indemnity", "Limitation of Liability", "No Right to Manufacture or Copy", "Product Liability" and "Intellectual Property Rights" shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement and shall remain in effect for a period of ten (10) years thereafter.
