Copy Charges. (where applicable) means the charges for the copies made during the use and operation of the Equipment as specified in Clause 5.2.

Copy Charges. A4 copy or print recorded on the Equipment meter as detailed in the Sales Order and Maintenance Form. Other sizes are charged pro-rata to size and the A4 charges is the minimum charge per page. “Customer”: the Person named in the Sales Order and Maintenance Form who shall be liable to the Service Provider in respect of the sales, purchases, and maintenance relating to the Products and Services.

Copy Charges means the consideration, where applicable, (or, as the context may require, part thereof) payable by the End-user to the Supplier for the maintenance to be provided by the Supplier in terms hereof, which is the amount payable for each black and white or colour copy (as the case may be) that is produced by the equipment at the rate as set out in Addendum 1 of this Agreement, and which is calculated by multiplying the total black and white or colour copies (as the case may be) so produced during a copy period by the charge payable for each black and white or colour copy (as the case may be) as stipulated in Addendum 1 of this Agreement.

Examples of Copy Charges in a sentence

  • Copy Charges shall be due and payable within sixty (60) days of receipt of the Contractor’s invoice.

  • Rent and Copy Charges made by the Institution to the Contractor may be effected by way of GIRO, cheque, banker’s draft, cashier’s order or such other means as the Institution may notify the Contractor in writing from time to time.

  • The copy charges (“Copy Charges”) for the amount of copies made during the use and operation of the Equipment shall be paid at the fixed rate per copy as specified in Schedule 2 provided that the Institution shall not be obliged to pay the Copy Charges unless the Contractor’s invoice is accompanied by the Contractor’s monthly meter reading report.

  • Should the Supplier fail to provide any of the consumables, or repair or replace with an equivalent unit, any equipment as required, then the Rental Copy Charges for the relevant month in respect of such equipment shall be forfeited by the Supplier and accordingly the End-user shall not be required to pay such rental and copy charges.

  • If you are in default, we can require that you return the Equipment to us and pay to us the then present value of the unpaid balance of all remaining Minimum Monthly Copy Charges under this Agreement computed with a discount rate of six percent (6%) per year, or the lowest legal rate.

  • If you do not pay the Minimum Monthly Copy Charges when due or if you or your guarantor break any of your promises under this Agreement, or you or your guarantor become insolvent, assign your assets for the benefit of your creditors, or enter (voluntarily or involuntarily) into a bankruptcy proceeding, or all or a material portion of your assets or stock is sold, or (if an individual) you or your guarantor dies, or you are in default in any other agreement between you and us, you will be in default.

  • If we refer this Agreement to an attorney for enforcement or collection, you agree to pay our reasonable attorney's fees, which may be twenty percent (20%) of the total discounted unpaid Minimum Monthly Copy Charges for the remaining term of this Agreement.

  • The Contract Rates specified in the Notification Letter or Orders (as the case may be) exclude GST payable on the Rent and Copy Charges which shall be borne by the Institution.
