COPs definition

COPs means, collectively, the 2005 COPs and the 2006 COPs.
COPs means certificates of participation.
COPs and “COPS II” shall have the meaning given to them in the first sentence of this Agreement.

More Definitions of COPs

COPs means the Medicare Conditions of Participation for Home Health Agencies now set forth at 42 C.F.R. (S)(S) 484.1, et seq., as amended or recodified from time to time or any substitute or successor regulations.
COPs has the meaning for such tenn set forth in the Recitals.
COPs means the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services.
COPs has the meaning set forth in Recital E to this Agreement.
COPs means the cost of products sold and, with respect to a Product, consists of MBI's direct and allocated indirect manufacturing cost of such Product plus any applicable royalties and third party costs. The standard cost is computed annually and shall include: (a) all material and labor cost directly related to the manufacturing of such Product, including without limitation, direct costs relating to packaging, quality assurance and quality control; and (b) allocated indirect cost for labor and materials used in support of the manufacturing process; and (c) allocated fixed and variable manufacturing overhead costs, including but not limited to production and support and depreciation of production facilities and equipment. The standard cost for such Product shall be calculated using methodology consistent with MBI's approach for its other product costs.
COPs means certifications of participation securities or obligations or similar lease/leaseback obligations entered into by the District for financing purposes. This definition shall not include lease/leaseback arrangements entered into strictly for purposes of facilities construction.
COPs means the Community Oriented Policing Services Bureau of the Los County Sheriff's Department, Field Operations Region II.
