COP Documents definition
COP Documents means, collectively, the COP Service Contracts, the 2005 COPs Agreement, the 2006 COPs Agreement and the Contract Administration Agreements.
COP Documents means the Official Statement and all other documents prepared in connection with the execution and delivery of the $33,900,000 Variable Rate Demand Certificates of Participation (Wastewater Reclamation Project) Series 1992 including, without limitation, the authorizing resolutions and the Trust Agreement, as defined in this Agreement.
COP Documents means two promissory notes and related documents representing a non-revolving line of credit to the Company not exceeding $8,000,000.
