Coordination Transaction definition

Coordination Transaction. Any sale for resale of power and/or energy between Members, for a period not to exceed two years, using existing generation and transmission facilities. Any transaction where the Seller is obligated to sell, or has an option to sell, power and/or energy, or the Buyer is obligated to take or pay, or has the option to take or pay, for power and/or energy, for more than two years shall not qualify for service under this Service Schedule for any portion of the duration of the transaction. 1.6 Delivering Member: The Member on whose system the capacity and/or energy provided under a Coordination Transaction will be delivered to the Buyer. The Delivering Member may be the Buyer. The Delivering Member shall be specified in the Completed Application.
