Coordination Fee definition

Coordination Fee means a fee in the amount of ($) payable by Project Co to each unsuccessful Proponent (as defined in the Request for Proposals) on and subject to the terms and conditions of this Project Agreement and of the Request for Proposals, including Section 10.3.5 thereof.

Related to Coordination Fee
