Coordinated Veterans. Care Program” means the treatment program of that name set out in Part 6A of these Principles and in the Notes for Coordinated Veterans' Care Program Providers that aims to reduce the need for hospitalisation among Gold Card members of the veteran and defence force community and improve their social well-being.
