Coordinated Flowgate definition

Coordinated Flowgate or CF shall mean a Flowgate impacted by an Operating Entity as determined by one of the four studies detailed in Section 3 of the Congestion Management Process. For a Market-Based Operating Entity, these Flowgates will be subject to the requirements under the congestion management portion of the Congestion Management Process (Sections 4 and 5). A Coordinated Flowgate may be under the operational control of a third party.
Coordinated Flowgate means a Flowgate impacted by the flows of a Party as determined by a mutually agreed upon study methodology identified in a congestion management process. A Coordinated Flowgate may be in the footprint of a Party or a third party.
Coordinated Flowgate means a Flowgate impacted by an Operating Entity as determined by one of the five studies detailed in Section 3 of the Congestion Management Process. For a Market-Based Operating Entity, these Flowgates shall be subject to the requirements under the Congestion Management portion of the Congestion Management Process (Sections 4 and 5). A Coordinated Flowgate may be under the operational control of a Third Party.

  • The Notice must include an explanation of the reason(s) why the agreement to the Other Coordinated Flowgate was withdrawn.
