All Cooperators, their Employees, Volunteers, and Contractors are encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging when driving company owned, leased or rented vehicles, POVs or GOVs when driving while on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government.
Positive efforts shall be made by Cooperators to utilize small businesses, minority-owned firms, and women's business enterprises, whenever possible.

A-3.02 Long Term Disability benefits provided by the Co-operative and required because of a medical condition directly attributable to pregnancy, will be granted to employees under the same conditions as other Long Term Disability benefits are granted, as determined by the Co-operators Life Insurance Company.
This provision shall not be construed to extend to this Agreement if the Agreement is made with the Cooperator for the Cooperator's general benefit.
