Cooperative Services means electric energy, electric distribution services, and other utility type services purchased by patrons and for which the
Cooperative Services means any good or service provided by the Cooperative, and includes Electric Service and Broadband Service, including goods or services provided by the Cooperative through a subsidiary, whether or not it is treated as a disregarded entity, or through an affiliate entity.
