Cooperative Power definition

Cooperative Power means the service provided by the Cooperative to a Member who is not receiving Energy Service from a Competitive Energy Supplier. Co-op Power from the Cooperative is provided in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Cooperative's Tariff on display on the Cooperative’s webpage (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇).

  • Upon such notice or upon the occurrence of such an event, Cooperative shall have the immediate right to switch the Supplier’s customers so affected to Cooperative Power under the Cooperative’s Tariff.
