Cooperation with Regulatory Authorities. The parties to this Agreement each agree to cooperate in a reasonable manner with each other in the event that any of them should become involved in a legal, administrative, judicial or regulatory action, claim, or suit as a result of performing its obligations under this Agreement.

Cooperation with Regulatory Authorities. Whenever reasonably required by a governmental authority, Administrator’s officers shall be made available to the governmental authority to provide information concerning Administrator’s affairs.
Cooperation with Regulatory Authorities. Licensor and Licensee shall cooperate with one another (at no cost to the cooperating party) to respond to and/or correct any regulatory deficiencies identified by any regulatory authority including, but not limited to, governmental bodies including, but not limited to, the Department of Public Health, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and The Joint Commission.
Cooperation with Regulatory Authorities. Services performed for USAA FSB under this Agreement may be subject to review by any Regulator with jurisdiction over USAA FSB and/or its Affiliates, including the Office of Comptroller of the Currency (“OCC”), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (“CFPB”), the Federal Reserve Board (“FRB”), and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”). Supplier agrees to cooperate fully, at USAA FSB’s expense and as requested by USAA FSB in writing, to the extent that any Regulator makes a request for information relating to any Services provided hereunder or, to the extent related thereto, Supplier or any member of the Personnel. Supplier shall provide USAA FSB prompt written notice of any enforcement or other regulatory actions brought by a Regulator against Supplier or any Personnel, which actions arise out of the provision of any Services under this Agreement.

The parties agree to cooperate fully in any regulatory examination, investigation, or proceeding or any judicial proceeding arising in connection with the securities activities of MWAFS and the Representatives. The parties shall furnish applicable federal, state, and self- regulatory authorities with any information or reports in connection with the compensation payment and expense reimbursement arrangements under this agreement that such authorities may request in order to ascertain whether the securities activities described herein are being conducted in a manner consistent with any applicable law or regulation.
Cooperation with Regulatory Authorities. As directed by Prudential, Service Provider shall work with the Governmental Authorities that regulate Prudential in an open and cooperative way, including: (1) meeting with such Governmental Authorities; (2) coordinating with Prudential to provide to representatives or appointees of such Governmental Authorities any applicable materials, records and information relating to the Services or allowing any such representatives or appointees access to such materials, records and information relating to the Services and providing such facilities as such representatives or appointees may reasonably require; and (3) permitting representatives or appointees of such Governmental Authorities to have access on demand to any of Service Provider's premises to the extent relating to the Services. - Prudential Confidential-
