Cooking Facilities definition

Cooking Facilities means any electronic, electrical, gas, mechanical or manual equipment by which food of any sort can be cooked, heated, steamed or baked and including, without limitation, conventional ovens, microwaves, convection ovens, toaster ovens, cook tops, hot plates, camping stoves, barbecues, crock pots and electric frying pans, rice cookers, woks, grills and griddles, but does not include an electric kettle that can only be used for heating water;
Cooking Facilities means equipment, devices or appliances that can be utilized to prepare a meal within a dwelling unit and includes a sink, counter-top, gas or electric range or stove, counter-top cooking unit, hot plate, wall oven microwave oven, convection oven, toaster oven, electric frying pan, electric wok, pressure cooker, crock pot, cabinet for the storage of food or any other such culinary facility or any combination of such culinary facilities and includes the arrangement of service lines which provide the energy source being used or intended to be used to service such facilities;
Cooking Facilities in this context means a kitchen or kitchen area containing the full range of facilities described earlier in this document and either contained within its own room or in a part of a unit of accommodation.

More Definitions of Cooking Facilities

Cooking Facilities means an arrangement within a residential unit which provides, but is not limited to, the following features: refrigeration capability; hot plate, electrical frying pan, toaster oven, crock pot, counter top burners, stove or microwave; and facilities for washing and cleaning or any other facility, mechanized equipment for the purpose of preparing and heating food for consumption.
Cooking Facilities means facilities for the storage, preparation, and cooking of food, including fixtures, appliances, counters, cabinets, sinks, plumbing or wiring integrated and used for the installation of such facilities that are included as part of a temporary emergency shelter in its manufacture or construction. “Cooking facilities" shall also include an electric kettle that can only be used for heating water and a coffee maker. “Cooking facilities” do not include small appliances such as toaster ovens, electric fry pans, hot plates, electric rice cookers, crock pots, electric woks, and electric grills and griddles, camping or other portable stoves, or grills and barbeques.
Cooking Facilities means food preparation areas, (i.e., kitchens / kitchenettes) which has a sink and an appliance for the heating and cooking of food, including stoves, hood fans, microwaves, convection ovens, cook tops or hot plates.

Related to Cooking Facilities

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.
