Conveying Systems Clause Samples
The "Conveying Systems" clause defines the requirements and standards for mechanical systems that transport people or goods within a building, such as elevators, escalators, and moving walkways. It typically outlines specifications for installation, maintenance, and safety features, ensuring that these systems comply with relevant codes and are suitable for the building's intended use. By establishing clear expectations for the design and operation of conveying systems, this clause helps ensure safe, reliable, and efficient movement throughout the property, reducing the risk of accidents and operational disruptions.
