Conveyancing Work definition

Conveyancing Work means legal work carried out for a Client in connection with any transaction that creates, varies, transfers, conveys or extinguishes a legal or equitable interest in any real or personal property, such as, for example, any of the following transactions— (a) the sale of a freehold interest in land; (b) the creation, sale or assignment of a leasehold interest in land; (c) the grant of a mortgage or other charge; and/or (d) the transfer of an interest in property;

Related to Conveyancing Work

  • Seller Ancillary Agreements means all Contracts, instruments and documents being or to be executed and delivered by Seller under this Agreement or in connection herewith.

  • Tax Service Contract As defined in Section 3.09(a).

  • EPC means engineering, procurement and construction;

  • EPC Agreement means an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agreement by and between Seller and the EPC Contractor, in the form of Exhibit E.

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.
