The total amount of the Advances actually paid by CAM-Carson, and fifty percent (50%) of the Deposit as set forth in Section 2.1 of the Conveyancing Agreement, plus interest as set forth in Section 4.4.2 below, shall be the “Total Recovery Amount”.
