CONVERTING PLANT definition
CONVERTING PLANT means (i) plants that convert paper into corrugated sheets, (ii) plants that convert corrugated sheets into corrugated products, (iii) product design centers and (iv) plants that produce products that are related or ancillary to the foregoing; PROVIDED that a mill that produces paper shall not constitute a Converting Plant.
