Convertible Note Holders definition

Convertible Note Holders means the creditors identified in the Convertible Notes and their successors and assigns.

Convertible Note Holders means the holders of the Convertible Notes in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Securities Purchase Agreement.

More Definitions of Convertible Note Holders

Convertible Note Holders means the holders of Company Notes as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.
