Examples of Conversion Settlement Amount in a sentence
If more than one Note shall be surrendered for conversion at one time by the same Holder, the Conversion Settlement Amount with respect to such Notes shall be computed on the basis of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes (or specified portions thereof to the extent permitted thereby) so surrendered.
The Company’s delivery of the Conversion Settlement Amount with respect to any converted Note shall be deemed to satisfy in full its obligation to pay the principal amount of the Note and accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to, but not including, the relevant Conversion Date.
