Conversion Product definition
Conversion Product means the product of 0.15 times the amount, if any, by which (A) the sum of the Company Value as of the date of the Triggering Event plus total Distributions paid to holders of Common Shares through the date of the Triggering Event, exceeds (B) the sum of Invested Capital plus a Stockholders’ Return of 7% as of the date of the Triggering Event.
Conversion Product means disposition plutonium, prior to its irradiation in a reactor, that:
a) has been mixed or not mixed with blend stock,
b) has been received at an entrance of a fuel fabrication facility, and
c) has no properties that are considered by the United States of America as classified information or by the Russian Federation as state secret.
Conversion Product means a Product that is disassembled, cleaned and reassembled as a different type or model of Product bearing a different serial number and that contains both new and Used Components. [*] shall have the meaning set forth in Section [*] hereof.

Conversion Product means the product of 0.15 times the amount, if any, by which (X) the sum of the Enterprise Value as of the date of the Triggering Event plus total Distributions paid to holders of Common Shares through the date of the Triggering Event, exceeds (Y) the sum of Invested Capital plus the Stockholders’ 8% Return as of the date of the Triggering Event.
Conversion Product means a Product that is disassembled, cleaned and reassembled as a different type or model of Product bearing a different serial number and that contains both new and Used Components.
Conversion Product means the product of 0.15 times the amount, if any, by which (i) the sum of the Enterprise Value as of the date of the Triggering Event plus total Distributions paid to holders of Common Shares through the date of the Triggering Event exceeds (ii) the sum of Invested Capital plus the Stockholders’ 6% Return as of the date of the Triggering Event; provided, however, that the Conversion Product shall be reduced by an amount equal to the total Annual Subordinated Performance Fees (as defined in the Advisory Agreement) paid by the Company to ARC Realty Finance Advisors, LLC or any Affiliate of ARC Realty Finance Advisors, LLC pursuant to the Advisory Agreement.
