Conversion Data definition

Conversion Data means the set of data files prepared by the City in accordance with Section 3.7 [Data Migration] and as further set out in the Implementation Schedule.
Conversion Data has the meaning provided in Section 3 of this Schedule 3.7.
Conversion Data means the date on which Conversion for Customer or a particular Affiliate has been completed. Schedule 1.2 identifies the Conversion Date for Customer and each Affiliate identified therein.

More Definitions of Conversion Data

Conversion Data means the information and data reasonably necessary in order to convert the Assets and the Assumed Deposits from the books and records of Seller to the books and records of Purchaser.
