Conversation Minute definition

Conversation Minute means a minute of communication resulting from a completed connection between the calling number and the called number. The duration of each Conversation Minute shall be measured in actual seconds of Conversation Time.
Conversation Minute means a minute of use for a completed interstate or intrastate TRS call placed through a TRS center beginning after call set-up and concluding after the last message call unit.
Conversation Minute an arithmetic total of seconds of Conversation Time for all calls to a country during a given settlement month, such total being converted from seconds to minutes, rounded up to any remaining fractional minute to the next whole minute;

Related to Conversation Minute

  • Data Room means the virtual data room maintained by the Liquidator, created for the Qualified Bidders to access information in relation to the Company;

  • IntraLATA Toll Traffic means the IntraLATA traffic, regardless of the transport protocol method, between two locations within one LATA where one of the locations lies outside of the mandatory local calling area as defined by the Commission.

  • Messages means both “EDI Messages” or “Other Messages”.

  • Video means simulated movement created by the display of a series of images creating the illusion of continuous movement.

  • Correspondence between the Company, the Union, or any member of the Union arising out of this Agreement or incidental thereto, shall pass to and from the Company, the Union and member by verifiable means.

  • Load Shedding means the systematic reduction of system demand by temporarily decreasing load in response to transmission system or area capacity shortages, system instability, or voltage control considerations under Tariff, Part II or Part III.

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Virtual Data Room means the virtual data room established by the Company, access to which was given to SPAC in connection with its due diligence investigation of the Company relating to the Transactions.

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • Transparency Information means the content of this Contract in its entirety, including from time to time agreed changes to the Contract, and details of any payments made by the Authority to the Contractor under the Contract;

  • Contactless means a payment feature that provides You with a way to pay by tapping the Card on a point–of–sale terminal reader for transactions of up to a specified limit.

  • Official Records means the Official Records of the Office of the County Recorder for San Diego County, California.

  • Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.

  • Transparency Reports means a report in accordance with Schedule 7 Part 1 (Transparency Reports) containing the contract information as set out in the table for that Part for publication by the Authority in the interests of transparency.

  • Digital books means works that are generally recognized in the ordinary and usual sense as books.

  • Manifest tracking number means the alphanumeric identification number (i.e., a unique three letter suffix preceded by nine numerical digits), which is pre-printed in Item 4 of the Manifest by a registered source.

  • Pre-consumer Material means any material or by-product generated after the manufacture of a product but before the product reaches the consumer, such as damaged or obsolete products. Pre-consumer Material does not include mill and manufacturing trim, scrap, or broken material that is generated at a manufacturing site and commonly reused on-site in the same or another manufacturing process.

  • Message means Data structured in accordance with the Adopted Protocol and transmitted electronically between the parties including where the context admits any part of such Data.

  • Public records means all writings and recordings that consist of letters, words or numbers, or their equivalent, set down by handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostatting, photography, magnetic impulse, optical or magneto-optical form, mechanical or electronic recording or other form of data compilation, however stored, and regardless of physical form or characteristics, prepared or owned by, or in the possession of a public body or its officers, employees or agents in the transaction of public business.

  • Electronic Record(s means the electronic record as defined under clause (t) of subsection (1) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

  • Postconsumer material means a material or finished product that has served its intended use and has been discarded for disposal or recovery, having completed its life as a consumer item. Postconsumer material is a part of the broader category of “recovered material.”

  • DTMB means the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget. “Effective Date” has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Subscriber Management System means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquets of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid or discount allowed to the subscriber for each billing period;

  • Contactless Transaction means a Transaction that is authorised by you touching or holding your Card or linked device against or near a POS Terminal without the need to insert your Card.

  • Exchange Message Record or "EMR" is the standard used for exchange of telecommunications message information between telecommunications providers for billable, non-billable, sample, settlement and study data. EMR format is contained in BR-010-200-010 XXXX Exchange Message Record, a Telcordia document that defines industry standards for exchange message records. "Exchange Service" or "Extended Area Service (EAS)/Local Traffic" means traffic that is originated and terminated within the Local Calling Area as determined by the Commission.

  • Electronic Record and “Electronic Signature” shall have the meanings assigned to them, respectively, by 15 USC §7006, as it may be amended from time to time.
