Convenios definition

Convenios means: (a) the agreement (the Convenio) dated November 14, 2005, entered into between the Borrower and DNV (as defined below) which sets forth, inter alia, the general framework for the carrying out of the works in respect of National Route 19 (as defined below) referred to in Part 1 of the Project, and the works to be carried out in the Province of Cordoba by DNV in respect of said national route; (b) the Convenio Complementario No. 1 (the Convenio Complementario No. 1) dated February 24, 2006, entered into between the Borrower and DNV (as defined below) which sets forth, inter alia, the terms and conditions for carrying out the technical and socio-economic studies of the Project (including the works to be carried out in the Province of Cordoba referred to in (a) herein) during the preparation of the same; and/or (c) the Convenio Complementario No. 2 (as defined below), as the case may be.
