Convening Order definition
Convening Order means an order given by the Court in respect of convening the Alternative Plan Meetings for the Alternative Plan.
Convening Order means the order of the Court containing directions for the convening of the Scheme Meetings.
Convening Order means the Hong Kong Convening Order and/or any other orders directing that a meeting of the Scheme Creditors be held to vote on any Scheme.
