Convenient time definition
Convenient time means that the Human Resources Office will arrange an appointment during regular business office hours or some other mutually convenient time when the teacher requests such an appointment. The District will provide the file for review, or a copy of the file, within (3) three business days from the request. The School District may destroy such files as provided by law. The teacher may reproduce any materials in their personnel file.
