Convenient Access definition

Convenient Access means that adequate supervision is able to be maintained while children access the facilities with a level of independence that is appropriate for their stage of development.
Convenient Access has the meaning set out in Section 2 of Appendix 3A [Functional Program];
Convenient Access means physical access between rooms or components through the use of convenient horizontal and/or vertical general circulation.

  • Serving Wire Center (SWC) means the Wire Center that serves the area in which the other Party’s or a Third Party’s Wire Center, aggregation point, point of termination, or point of presence is located.

  • Access Tandem Switch is a Switch used to connect End Office Switches to interexchange Carrier Switches. Qwest's Access Tandem Switches are also used to connect and switch traffic between and among Central Office Switches within the same LATA and may be used for the exchange of local traffic.

  • Access Road means Kuchha road connecting excavating pit to mine approach road.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.
