Controlling Laws. Except to the extent superseded by the laws of the United States, the laws of the State of Indiana, without reference to the choice of law principles thereof, shall be controlling in all matters relating to this Agreement.

Controlling Laws. This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any and all legal action necessary to enforce the provisions of this Contract will be held in Orange County, Florida. Venue for any litigation involving this contract shall be the Ninth Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida.
