Controlling Law and Venue. The validity of this Agreement and of its terms or provisions, as well as the rights and duties of the parties hereunder, the interpretation, and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be venued either in the San Mateo County Superior Court or the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Controlling Law and Venue. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Florida. All litigation arising under this Agreement will be instituted in the appropriate court of general jurisdiction in Leon County, Florida.

This Agreement and the provisions contained herein shall be construed, controlled, and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida, and all duly adopted ordinances, regulations, and policies of the City of Orlando now in effect and those hereinafter adopted. The location for settlement of any and all claims, controversies, or disputes, arising out of or relating to any part of this Agreement, or any breach hereof, shall be Orange County, Florida.

This Contract is entered into in the State of Illinois, for work to be performed in the State of Illinois and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any legal matters or dispute shall be resolved in the Circuit Court of Cook County and the Parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such Circuit Court. This Contract shall be construed without regard to any presumption or other rule requiring construction against the Party causing the Contract to be drafted.

Any dispute under this Agreement or related to this Agreement shall be governed by Oregon law, and any litigation arising out of this Agreement shall be conducted in courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon. If the claim must be brought in a federal forum, then it shall be conducted in the United States District Court for the State of Oregon.
Controlling Law and Venue. The parties agree that this Agreement and any legal actions concerning its validity, interpretation or performance shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. It is further agreed that any legal action between the parties arising out of this Agreement or the performance of services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Nebraska.
