controlling influence definition

controlling influence means the dominant influence referred to under the definition of parent company in Act C of 2000 on Accounting (hereinafter referred to as “Accounting Act”), or a relationship between a person and a company:
controlling influence means that the controlling entity directly or indirectly owns more than 50% of the share capital of the controlled company or is entitled to appoint more than 50% of the management of the controlled company.
