Controller-to-Controller SCCs definition

Controller-to-Controller SCCs means the Standard Contractual Clauses (Controller to Controller Transfers - Set II) in the Annex to the European Commission Decision of December 27, 2004, as may be amended or replaced from time to time by the European Commission.
Controller-to-Controller SCCs means Module One of the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) issued by the European Commission in the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021 (the full text of which is available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/international-dimension-data-prote ction/standard-contractual-clauses-scc/standard-contractual-clauses-international-transfers_e n) as amended or replaced from time to time by a competent authority under applicable Data Protection Laws;
