Controller Personal Information definition

Controller Personal Information means all Personal Information and Personal Data, in whatever form or medium, which is Processed by the Processor for and on behalf of the Controller and/or the Controller’s customers (if applicable) whether or not such Personal Information and Personal Data is supplied to (by transfer or access), and/or produced or generated by or on behalf of the Processor in connection with the Agreement or this DPA, including as set out in Appendix 1.

Examples of Controller Personal Information in a sentence

  • The aim of sharing the Controller Personal Information is to facilitate the provision and receiving of services under the Contract (the “Aim”).

  • The categories of Controller Personal Information described in Part B of Schedule 1 of the Agreement to which these Clauses are attached.

  • The Requesting Party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement without notice if it considers, acting reasonably, that the other Party is not Processing the Controller Personal Information in accordance with this Agreement.

  • The Data Receiver shall not retain or process the Controller Personal Information for longer than is necessary to carry out the Permitted Purpose or to comply with any statutory or professional retention periods applicable to the Data Receiver.

  • The Processor shall ensure that any person acting under its authority who may have access to, or who otherwise Process, Controller Personal Information are subject to legally binding obligations of confidentiality.
