Controlled Zone definition
Controlled Zone means an area within a marine protected area where fishing or any other activity in terms of section 48A(1) of the Act may take place if authorised in terms of these regulations as contemplated in terms of section 48A(2) of the Act;
Controlled Zone for the purpose of this Order means any permitted or restricted controls operating in the streets shown in Schedule 1 to this Order during the permitted hours identified on the plans attached to this Order
Controlled Zone means those roads and lengths of roads indicated in Schedule 4.1 and Schedule 4.2 to this Order;

More Definitions of Controlled Zone
Controlled Zone means an area which all kerb side space is controlled either by waiting and loading restrictions or by designated parking bay such as a disabled parking bay a meter bay or a resident bay;
Controlled Zone means a protection zone, a surveillance zone, a restricted zone, a temporary movement restriction zone, a temporary control zone, a low pathogenic avian influenza restricted zone, an avian influenza prevention zone, or an avian influenza (restrictions on mammals) zone;
