Controlled low strength material definition

Controlled low strength material means a self-consolidating cementitious mixture that is intended to result in a compressive strength of twelve hundred pounds per square inch or less.
Controlled low strength material or "flowable fill" means a slurry comprised of cement, water, and fine aggregate or filler (including coal ash, foundry sand, quarry fines, and baghouse dust in any combination).
