controlled item definition

controlled item means an item which is imported into Mauritius, or exported out of Mauritius, and is subject to reporting under the Safeguards Agreement and the Additional Protocol;
controlled item means a PPL Sound Recording, a PMSR or a PRS for Music
controlled item means any article provided in a list by an Operational Manager under section 18 (3) of this Act.

controlled item means an item listed in Schedule 1 on which import or export controls are imposed, and shall be construed to include any other import or export control measures imposed under any other enactment, an Order-in- Council, or pursuant to an Order made by the Governor and published in the Gazette;
controlled item means any item contained in the control lists of the Missile Technology Control Regime, the Australia Group, the Nuclear Suppliers Group, the Zangger Committee or the Wassenaar Arrangement or any other documents, systems, components, materials, software or technology that may be intended tocontribute to the acquisition, manufacture, development, research or transfer of Weapons of Mass Destruction, their delivery systems or advanced conventional military systems. “Technology” includes information necessary for the design, development, production, or use of a controlled commodity or software.
