Controlled hunt definition

Controlled hunt means any controlled opportunity, as authorized by the chief of the division of wildlife, to take wild animals, open to any person that meets stated criteria, and only through a random drawing or selection process and issuance of a permit to the person or persons selected, allowing them to participate in that opportunity at a specified location and time or any controlled opportunity to take wild animals administered by a political subdivision of the state of Ohio, as authorized by the chief of the division of wildlife.
