Control Time definition

Control Time shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(a).

More Definitions of Control Time

Control Time means the earlier of (i) such time as Purchaser Designees first constitute at least a majority of the Board of Directors of the Company pursuant to Section 1.3, and (ii) the Effective Time.

  • Purchase Termination Date means the date upon which the Transferor shall cease, for any reason whatsoever, to make purchases of Receivables from the Seller under the Receivables Purchase Agreement or the Receivables Purchase Agreement shall terminate for any reason whatsoever.

  • Change of Control Repurchase Event means the occurrence of both a Change of Control and a Below Investment Grade Rating Event.

  • Travel Time is the time an Interpreter uses to commute to and from an Appointment. Travel time, if more than one (1) hour each way, is added to the total time of the initial Appointment request.   • Mandatory Termination Date means the "Termination Date" set forth under "Investment Summary--Essential Information" in the Prospectus for the Trust.
