Control Section definition

Control Section means the immediate downstream end of the level section of an open-channel earthen spillway. The elevation of the control section is the elevation of the open- channel spillway crest.
Control Section and “Job No.” Use the numbers assigned by MDOT. Control Section or “Control Segment” means the part of a Route between two adjacent Control DRPs. It has a Control length equal to the difference between the control chainage
