Control, Controlling, Controlled as to any Person means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management or policies of such Person, whether through ownership of securities or partnership interests, by contract or otherwise.
Control, Controlling, Controlled means, as to any Person, the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such Person, whether through ownership of voting securities or partnership inter- ests, by contract or otherwise.
