Contributor Group definition
Contributor Group means Contributor and each Subsidiary of Contributor (excluding, in each case, any member of the Recipient Group).
Contributor Group means, collectively, SUN R&M and Atlantic Refining.

Contributor Group means the Contributor Parent and its consolidated Subsidiaries.
