If the Working Group includes the adoption of the Eclipse Foundation Specification Process, Participant acknowledges that Participant must already have entered into a Member Committer and Contributor Agreement with Eclipse Foundation (the “Participant’s MCCA”) prior to any of Participant’s Developers, as that term is defined therein, being elected as a Committer on any specification project under the purview of the Working Group.
Whenever Pixta reasonably considers it necessary, Pixta may revise, amend, change or update the Terms of Use, the License Agreement, and the Contributor Agreement (collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use etc.”) according to its necessity.
The Contributor Member shall also warrant that he or she has a full and legitimate right to grant or permit all the rights as set forth in Article 23 of the Contributor Agreement to Pixta, purchasers or customers of Pixta, and users of the Content and so forth.

Upon review (which shall be carried out in a timely fashion), the BBC shall be entitled to request changes and/or make comments in relation to any provisions of such proposed Contributor Agreement which may affect or impact in any way on the BBC, and the Company shall incorporate such changes or comments prior to concluding the relevant Contributor Agreement.
The License Agreement shall be incorporated into the above mentioned Terms and Use together with the below mentioned Contributor Agreement, and accordingly shall apply to the use of the Service.
Unless otherwise provided for in the License Agreement, the terms defined in the Terms of Use and the Contributor Agreement shall have the same meaning herein.
Nothing in this Project Contributor Agreement will operate to prohibit the Supercluster from providing to ISED any information the Supercluster is required to provide to ISED or as required by applicable law.
ISED has the right to release to the public, table before Parliament and publish by any means, any reports and other information ISED has the right to receive or to produce in accordance with this Project Contributor Agreement as well as such excerpts or summaries of the foregoing as ISED may, from time to time, decide to make.
The laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia govern this Project Contributor Agreement.
