Contributive share definition
Contributive share means the proportionate share of forfeited property which is allocated by the prosecutingagency in the exercise of its discretion to any participating law enforcement agency based on the participating law enforcement agency's relative contributionto the surveillance, investigation, arrest or prosecution.
