Contribution Item means an item specified or described in Column 1 of Schedule 1.

Dedication Plan means the plan at Schedule 4 generally showing the location of the Dedication Land required pursuant to Schedule 2. Deed means this deed and includes any schedules, annexures and appendices to this deed. Defect means a physical defect, error, imperfection in, or omission from, construction of the Work that adversely affects, or is likely to adversely affect, the structural integrity, functionality or use of a Work or any part of a Work.
