Contribution Item definition

Contribution Item means an item of Development Contribution specified in Column 1 of Schedule 2.
Contribution Item means an item specified or described in Column 1 of Schedule 1.
Contribution Item means an item of the Development Contributions specified in Column 1 of Schedule 3. Cost means a cost, charge, expense, outgoing, payment, fee and other expenditure of any nature. Council means Murrumbidgee Council. Deed means this Deed and includes any schedules, annexures and appendices to this Deed. Department means the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.

More Definitions of Contribution Item

Contribution Item means an item of Development Contribution specified or described in Column 1 of the table in Schedule 2. Construction Certificate has the same meaning as in the Act. Contribution Value means, for each Contribution item, the dollar amount specified in Column 4 of the table in Schedule 2 corresponding to the Contribution Item. Cost means a cost, charge, expense, outgoing, payment, fee and other expenditure of any nature. Dealing means selling or transferring the Land or assigning rights under the Deed or novating this Deed but does not include mortgaging, leasing, charging, subdividing or otherwise encumbering the Land. Dedication Land means that part of the Land to be dedicated to Council in accordance with this agreement, as shown on the Dedication Plan at Schedule 4. Dedication Plan means the plan at Schedule 4 generally showing the location of the Dedication Land required pursuant to Schedule 2. Deed means this deed and includes any schedules, annexures and appendices to this deed. Defect means a physical defect, error, imperfection in, or omission from, construction of the Work that adversely affects, or is likely to adversely affect, the structural integrity, functionality or use of a Work or any part of a Work.
